The CNM Smith Brasher Hall renovation project involved the complete remodel of a two-story, steel-framed classroom building constructed in 1982. The facility houses the School of Business & Information Technology (BIT), which offers programs such as accounting, business administration, and computer information systems. The project included a geothermal heat pump system and significant site upgrades to improve student access and recognition of the area as the center of the main campus. The project is LEED Gold®.
