The Gold Avenue Lofts offered the first live/work lofts in Albuquerque. This 81,647 sq. ft. mixed-use residential, commercial, and retail building contains 32 residential lofts, nine office condominiums, and 11,000 sq. ft. of specialty retail space on the ground floor. The lofts feature 13-foot ceilings and outdoor terraces and balconies. Many of the units have floor-to-ceiling glass walls.
